WARNING!! IT'S NOT A JOYFUL STORE, IT IS A PAINFUL STORE AND IF YOU GO THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PEACE OF MIND. VERY RUDE AND SHOCKING TO SEE SUCH PEOPLE IN THE STORE TREATING THE CUSTOMER VERY BADLY!!. WORST, MOST RUDE, AND CHEATING SERVICES!!!. I had the issue of flat tires, but the owner did not open the tire, not identify and diagnosed what is the real problem,  without checking anything, he said a new tube need to install and tune the break and do the wheel alignment,  charge me the amount and asked me to leave the bike, I paid the amount and left. when I picked up they didn't tune the break, no wheel alignment was done, and said it's a separate charge for tuning and it was the worst condition to ride with low Air pressure.  I had same the flat tire issue a second time within a few days, visited the stores a few times, and complained to them didn't fix it properly. when I call, they ask me to come and I can wait& see what is the problem. once I go there they ask me to leave the bike and go. I HAVE ASKED MANY TIMES THAT I WANT TO STAY AND SEE WHAT YOU HAVE FIXED BEFORE AND WHAT IS THE ISSUE NOW, THEY NEVER WANT ME TO WAIT AND SEE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE, Very cheating and not fixing the properly in the first time itself.  but they asked me to leave the bike and charge the same amount a second time without my confirmation. they have not explained the issue and getting confirmation from the customer before charging the same amount the second time, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL PEOPLE. MAY GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU IN THE STORE!!

This is a great bike store with AMAZING service! And to put the icing on the cake, they are really good people! I think everyone should come purchase a bike from them as I know I will definitely come back to purchase bikes for my other children. My name is Mike Williams and I support small businesses❣️

Did not have any entry level bikes in stock & and had the audacity to tell me not do mountain biking as a hobby. Also asked me to Give 5 stars regardless of outcome. Nevertheless i went to Kim Bike shop in New Brunswick and purchased a cannon dale rockhopper.

Unjoyful cycle !! Avoid at all costs, , my friend got robbed here, these people made him pay unnecessary destination fee also all the accessories which they sell are marked much higher than the market.
