Tonight we were served by Brandon, he was PHENOMENAL! We received excellent service, he went above and beyond - very attentive, memorized our names, incredibly funny/personable. My husband and I were blown away by his amazing service. Food was great, came out in a timely manner, just an all around great experience. The other servers sounded attentive and lovely as well, but if you visit definitely ask to sit in Brandon’s section, and you won’t be disappointed!

I will always love Res Lobster! Wade was the absolute best waiter we could’ve asked for! He was so friendly, courteous, and attentive. I ordered an Admiral’s Feast and my husband enjoyed a medium well 12oz steak. We had a blast for date night! Thank you, Wade, for being so awesome!

The food was great as usual except the new red argentine shrimp, the shells we cooked with the shrimp and stuck to it. I had wondered if it was meant to be like soft shell crab until I missed a piece of the shell and it sliced my gums. Otherwise very good food, and great service for a place that uses those tablets.

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
