The line for the sandwiches is always super long. Whenever I go to the hot case it takes forever to get served. The deli area needs additional assistance. Some employees aren’t friendly at all.

I ordered a sub online at 7:54 pm. The app said pickup at 8:25. I arrived at 8:28. Sandwich was not made. Walked around the store until 8:54 checking back intermittently. Sandwich was not made.
