I just received my last order from bath& body. The last two orders I received, have not been adequately packed, & they bounce around during shipping. Invariably, one of the tops turns around and leaks over all the other bottles. They used to wrap the tops so this didn’t happen, but somebody decided to save a few pennies and eliminate that step. There is nothing worse than 15 sticky bottles I have to clean before storing away. And the fragrances are just not as good without the dyes, sulfates, & I don’t remember the 3rd thing that got eliminated. You ruined it for me when you changed the fantastic Peach Bellini. For the last 25 years, I have bought your wonderful products snd fragrances. But I will no longer pay extra for the wonderful smelling , foaming soaps anymore . It’s just not worth it . So disappointed . Dollar tree, here I come.
