A few weeks ago, I brought my Saint Bernard in to establish a year long plan with Banfield. Dr. Bond and her staff were incredibly nice and welcoming to me, as well as my dog. For the exam, she was extremely thorough and answered any questions/concerns that I had. She explained the tests/vaccines that needed to be updated and did not make me feel pressured into paying for something I didn’t need. For his heartwarming medications, she gave me the option to buy them monthly and semi-annually. Vets who listen to their patients (and parents) are the best, and Dr. Bond is definitely that type of doctor. I would 100% recommend seeing her because you can feel her compassion light up a room.

Let's just say Please take your animals elsewhere... Dr.s and staff very incompetent. Only one Tech is licensed in facility. Have very unknowledgeable "Techs" performing dental and other things that definitely should be taken care of with more knowledgeable staff. Below standard kennels, smell and can tell not throughly cleaned. Plenty of Great knowledgeable staff in plenty of other practices in Anderson please choose wisely. There is a reason this Clinic does not see sick animals... Hint Hint

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

How much do you charge for a kitten to be spayed ? I live on social security and can't afford to pay a lot. Chloe is around 5 or 6 months old. I don't want more kittens. The low cost place on 28 bypass won't answer messages or calls.

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 16, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 16, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 16, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
