My family and I have enjoyed shopping here in the past, however today we came in for a visit and we were followed around by an elderly worker at this location. We were just looking and having fun with all the toys that we thought were ok to touch and play with, however this elderly worker felt it necessary to make us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. She even went as far to approach my 9 year old son to ask him where he had gotten a toy he had picked up to look at and accidentally placed it in the wrong location. She made him think he had done something wrong. We thought in this store we were allowed to touch and explore the toys, if this isn't how the experience is supposed to be maybe you should put please do not touch on everything so we will know better. We will not be returning to this store period.

My first time visiting in years I did not appreciate the energy I felt like we were followed and rushed and instead of help just stares and I believe in the 6 feet rule still, so taking toys from my toddler was a NO for me never going back no selection of “brown” anywhere I miss Toys R Us 🥲 my 18 month old was so in love with the stuffed animals but we choose to shop elsewhere

I live in Winston and was running an errand in Greensboro and decided to take my 13 month old here because he had never seen a toy store before. (WS location closed unfortunately!) His eyes lit up and he loved everything, especially the giant stuffed animal wall! We played for nearly an hour with the toys they have out like trains and magnet tiles. It was magical and I am so glad we stopped in. It gave me some good ideas for toys he might be into. We brought home some Smartmax magnet toys that he tried out in the store. I found the prices to be pretty on-par with Target and Amazon, maybe a few dollars more but that is worth it to me to make sure places like this stick around! The staff was very friendly and it was so fun to watch my son explore and discover the toys. You don't get that on Amazon!

If you saw them before the chances are they are still in inventory. Their inventory is well stocked. Call them, safest way to find out. I think they do have those.

They have a very large selection of Animals cast from plastic.
I am unsure if they do it at that location. They are definitely worth visiting and asking, they would surely be able to put you in contact with the right people!

They have someone at the door giving sanitizer and they make sure to limit the number of guests in the store. They require masks. Found them to be very safe and we loved it there

I don't recall seeing any hobby trains like Lionel or Tyco, although they could sell them on their website. They do have Thomas & Friends trains and Brio trains.
