Unlike other Shareteas this one does NOT have milk alternatives, despite the fresh milk tea on their menu specifically saying there are milk alternatives (???) Just to repeat for my friends using search, they do not have non-dairy milks. They do not have vegan milk options. Was also told that they never had them (?) Every other Sharetea I've been to has had soy milk. Just go to a different Sharetea that actually carries their menu items.

I don’t know if it was because the time of day or the people making the order were out of it, but my Taro did not come out good at all. I went here because it had the best reviews in the area and my wife and I were craving it. The service was fine. But the young man taking our order seemed like he could care less. The Taro I received almost had no sweetness to it. I’m only giving two stars because my wife said her drink (not Taro) was fine.

Was already feeling iffy about ShareTea since their drinks are made inconsistently every week, but they just lost us as regulars after today. The cashiers are so incredibly rude it’s not worth it, especially when half the time your boba is over or undercooked.

We ordered QQ Happy Family Milk Tea and Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea. They were so good. The staffs are friendly as well. They open on the New Year day. One more thing, free hot cocoa for children. 👍
