My stay was over a holiday weekend so I was prepared for some foolery. My main issue was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was dirty, there were toenail clippings on the carpet, the wall beside the fridge was dirty and stained and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly as I found the previous guest’s empty soap box in the shower. The hotel is clearly understaffed and it shows. The staff was friendly and professional, but there just weren’t enough of them to properly maintain the hotel.

Nice hotel. My room was clean, it was quite, and felt safe. It's fairly easy to get to from the interstate. Seems to be a newer building. There are quite a few restaurants and a Target nearby. The hotel breakfast was pretty good too. I'd stay here again.

I booked a regular king room for my parent's weekend stay based off of the reviews I found. My parents were highly disappointed with their first night. They were placed in a handicap accessible room at the end of the hall on the first floor. They were joining me to attend a wedding nearby and were late arriving due to not getting any sleep through out the night. There was constant in and out of a door that was supposed to be locked after 9pm, however all through the night and early hours of the morning(3am early) they were awakened by a slamming door and loud talking. They made a complaint and still have not had any contact with nor apology from the manager who they were told was aware of this incident.

Once again the customer service exceeded my expectations. Clean room, very comfortable bed and plenty hot water. To the lady that does the breakfast, a very big thank you. The breakfast was fresh and hot, perfectly spiced and salted. Front desk DiQuan and Tiffany you guys are amazing. We will definitely be back.
