Positive: The room was clean with an enclosed one piece shower with a door that I have never seen before in a hotel at this tier. Makes showering easier without those dumb circular shower curtains. Despite negatives I would stay here again. Worth the price. Negative: Noisy at night, Fitness Center was not open, and something in the pool turned my skin and beard blue. I assume whatever chemical they are using is not being mixed in the pool very well so the circulation system was off? My kids thought it was funny.

Positive: Staff was very nice. The lady that checked me in knew the are area well and was able to recommend places to eat. Check in/check out went smooth. Bed slept great. Was in town for MMO grand opening that went great. Price great and location worked great. Negative: Unfortunately, still no breakfast due to Covid. I recommend looking at different travel routes to help you get around town easier. The only small inconvenience I had was getting into the hotel the 1st time, turned to soon. Different route made it easy.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The hotel is dirty. The rooms are designed so that you hear everything from the room next door. I left a notebook. When I called 1 hour later,they could not find it.The hotel says free breakfast but when I went down at 7am the area was closed.

No breakfast served even though website clearly says it starts at 4 am. Blamed it on the pandemic, you can't use that excuse forever. Room and furniture completely dilapidated. Tried not to touch anything. Beds leave much to be desired. Won't be back.
