Dude, this hotel was awesome. I liked the dude that checked me in, Jaden. He was helpful and quick to meet my requests and answer my questions. I hope he gets a raise or a promotion. I was traveling out of town with my buddy and we wanted to play Xbox so he switched the HDMI for us so we could. That was clutch. It would have killed our plans if we couldn't use the TV to game after the long drive. The location of this hotel was excellent because it was right off the interstate and just walking distance from major restaurant chains and stores. The rooms were pristine and cleaned immaculately. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are super nice, they deserve 5 stars, but the overall experience not so good, the sheets do not seem clean and the A/C is installed under the window near the bed and all the cold air comes on your feet, there is no way to change the direction of the air, woke up in the middle of the night and my feet were freezing.

This staff is simply amazing. My experience came first with Zoe, she is the greatest. The ease in speaking with her and getting what I needed to make my daughters 10th birthday 🥳 filled with memorable moments, Everything! Zoe accomplished that and more. Then I had to privilege of speaking with Mrs. Tamika, another great asset to this remarkable team. She too was amazing ensuring our rooms were together, but when we checked in someone had given the room that was close to our executive suite, the new accommodation wouldn’t work. So the young lady who checked us in, and her name escapes me, but so sweet, she checked into everything and gave us some options and she made it happen that we moved a floor up so we can keep eyes on our 10yo and her guest accompanying her in celebration of her her birthday. The amenities at the hotel is everything you will need. The pool area great, the rooms spacious, breakfast is good and as if I didn’t mention the staff is amazing and accommodating. We had an overall negative experience. The lobby and hallways reeked of marijuana and the room was far from spotless. There were several stains on the couch and sheets/towels, ants in the bathroom, and the bathroom/foyer floor was very sticky. For over $200 a night and from a Holiday Inn Express I was expecting much better. I would not stay here again and am now wary of trusting other Holiday Inn Express locations. It was also very difficult to get in and out of although it was indeed close to the highway. The morning breakfast was decent, though.
