The lines wrapped the store and the cashiers were more focused on goofing off and talking to each other than checking out customers. At one point one of them shut down her check-out so she could be better focused on the arbitrary conversation with her work mate, who was the only one really working and distracted her and she moved even slower.

I found a blue cart right outside the entrance to the store and walked through the automated doors. I was quickly acknowledged by two very rude women saying “Un-uh, un-uh! You can’t bring that cart in here!”I didn’t realize they were talking to me and then they started to say it again. I said I’m sorry, are you speaking to me? Then one of the women said, “that cart can’t be used in here. You need to take it back outside and then get one of our carts. The ones with the long poles.”I was floored by how rude they were and quickly decided that Ross would not be getting a penny from me. Unbelievably rude employees.

This location had a lot of good merchandise but the line was outrageously long. Like unusually long for a Ross. I did not see any manager or anyone attempt to even try to help or open another register. Nobody communicated with customers. It was a disaster. I love Ross but will not visit this location again.

Did y’all know that this store is open till midnight on Saturdays?! I didn’t until this past weekend! Ross rocks! Awesome experience and that’s for more than the cool manager Candice that held some items while we made our way to dinner. When we returned to make our purchase, Candice was right there, just like she said she would be. I will never forget this weekend at Ross Dress for Less.
