My first time using Rio as I live out of the country. I booked it based on reviews, and I was not disappointed. The staff were lovely and friendly. I dealt with Suzie who put me at such ease and did such fantastic work. She was efficient and accurate, with minimal discomfort. I am very pleased with the results as well as her bedside manner, and will use her again the next time I’m in the area!!

Update: I received such a speedy response in reference to my recent visit and they truly are trying to make this right. I will continue to patronize this business as they care about their customers. I got a wax by Camille Saturday morning and it was not a good experience. I will say she is very nice and just seemed to be in a rush. The wax was too hot and burned me. By Sunday I noticed there were still hair all over and that I had a blister which I'm assuming is from getting burned. I am a regular customer and usually don't have any issues.

I love Rio and the staff is awesome Especially Dayane!! She's amazing quick and thorough! She makes you feel very comfortable I love her services. Done before you know it. They'll always have my business!! Brazilian wax very quick I love it!!

I have been going to this location for 3 years, and I love it! I went to my girl from 2019 to 2020, but she left and referred me to Virginia. I have been going to Virginia for a year and a half now, and I absolutely ADORE her!! Not only does she do an amazing job, but she is so sweet and knows her stuff well. She even has her own scrubs that she sells and they are as incredible as she is. 10 out of 10 recommend this shop and highly recommend Virginia, especially if you are a first timer.
