Hi my name is Tina Smith. I have never experienced a experience,Smart, loving, and most of all a very RESPECTFUL MANAGER. MRS. MONICA IS A AMAZING PERSON. I came on a Tuesday and they took forever in the drive thru. My was cold and nasty looking. I went inside and ask for the manager and Mrs. Monica came up to me and said. Hello welcome to burger King. How my serve you. I told her my problem and she made my order hot and fresh. Monica even gave me a Free drink and upgraded my fries. She is sweet and very respectful. She even said that my kids are too cute. Please keep Mrs. MONICA SHE IS AMAZING AND WONDERFUL. WE WILL Back on Monica sure as is Monica is there. Her crew are good. Thank you so much.

Stayed in drive thru 20 minutes from order to leaving. Don't go on your lunch break you will spend the entire time waiting. Not fast food. They didn't drop my onion rings until I paid for my order. Won't be coming back here

I wanted to give a good rating... Sadly too many things went wrong. I ordered the impossible burger meal with no mayo, lettuce, tomato. Bottled water.😔 They forgot the fries AND the water. 🤯$20 for a burger, fries, and water and then you only get the burger... 🥰The gentleman was really nice about fixing everything tho. 😍He upgraded the fries as an apology. However...🤷🏾♀️ They still didn't give me my receipt 🧾 even after I'd requested it. 🤔I was trying to wrap my head around the price...Was too tired & pressed for time. Was just happy I had finally received the whole meal!

I left one star because I couldn't leave a negative. I sat in line for 16 minutes, once I got to the order placement box thing, I waited another 10 minutes before someone finally said sorry our system is down and …

Most people who work at these places live close by and usually walk to work. The kids are usually told to get a job, so they find the least mind provoking and menial job they can.......and then do less. Just trying to fill the clock for a paycheck. (Majority of warehouse jobs are in McDonough, can't walk that far, and warehouse work would actually be THAT - work, and they dont want that)

Because the staff is lazy, and claiming the system is down is like claiming the ice cream machine is down, it means they have to do less work. Since I moved to Atlanta, this seems to have become a standard Trope for fast food in general. I managed to actually get a shake or ice cream perhaps one time in 5 that I try. And you know the machines are knocked down for real 80% of the time. The same goes for all the other things they claim are broken when they don't feel like doing work.
LOLOL!!!! And the ice cream machine is ALWAYS down!!!
