Its possible. Its hard to say. My daughter has taken lots of things. Alot of things that she thought they would take, they didn't. It depends on how much they already have in stock or if it sells.

They certainly sell all of those items. Consoles and games alike. When you go in, turn to the right and there is a trade in counter. You can drop off your console and games there and browse the store while they determine what they will and will not take. Mostly it depends on the condition of the items, the demand for the items, and the rarity of the items. They will put your name up in a board when they are done and go over what items they will buy and how much they will offer you. You can choose to accept the offer or take your items back.

They won’t tell you on the phone, but if you go in and ask they’ll only tell you where the games are located. They won’t even help you find it in the store anymore.

It's not poor customer service. It's due to the high volume of business they do. The ones in TN take in on average over 10,000 items a day. Books are shelved on atleast a weekly basis by section. The amount of money you save per book is worth the 2-3 minutes it takes to search a section.
