Tucked away off Rocklin Road, very difficult to see address on homes, dimly lit, doesn't feel very safe. Stairs to home are plastic & cheap, safety hazzard

This park was much better when I moved here 9 years ago. We have trouble with car break in's and other thefts. I don't feel as safe here now. We have homeless staying in the park. We have people inside the park setting off fireworks π, scary!

I really nice trailer park in Rocklin. It's quiet and clean. You can tell the residents take pride in their community. In May, there were little baby geese all over the park. There is a large pond in the middle of the community.

Would you take a 2004 31 foot bumper trailer with a pop out in good condition ?
It varies based on lot and where it is located on site.
No, units are owned by residents. The lots the units reside on are leased.
These homes are owner-occupied. At this point I know of two that are for sale that are 3 bedroom. They go for around $90,000.
I don't believe so, but there's a KOA campground on Taylor i believe that might.
for a single wide space it's about 725 a month
Call the office
You buy the mobile home they have there. Then you pay $800 lot fees each month.
In not really sure either. But there is trailer parking there as well as Pokemon go spots
I'm not aware of any homes for sale in the park. The last one that was for sale sold in a few days. I'd check back in the beginning of April
Yes, but they need to be seen and approved by the park manager.
I have a long large single wide, rent $710. mo
Yeah....gotta look around
No. They do have a lockup yard where you, as a resident could potentially store said 5th wheel for an additional fee.
No
Hi Dennis! This question needs to be answered directly from the management at Sierra Lakes. There are too many variables for someone outside of management to be able to give you an accurate answer. Good luck! βΊοΈ
They don't rent, mobile homes are sold and you have to sign a 30 year lease and pass a credit and background check to live there. They do not allow the mobile home owners to rent out the homes.
Yes you have to talk to the park managers , unless you want a really bad color I wouldn't see why not .
