I have lived at the Meridian for the last year and it’s been great. One of the leasing managers Breanna has especially been awesome. If I needed anything or had any questions she would help. She always made me feel welcome. She speaks well and has a great attitude. She is an excellent ambassador for this property, just the right person for the job. I have worked with a lot of property managers and leasing agents and can easily say Breanna is my favorite! The property is well maintained, clean and safe. I have not had any problems at this place. If anything needed to be fixed they took care of it quickly. I definitely recommend this place!

"BEWARE!" This is the worst place to rent from. I have rented before and when it comes to management and apartment living? Do not go here! We have had many issues and reported them and nothing was handled. From the really thin walls and floors where you her everything and walking is so loud. I think if you jumped you may go through the floor. Another thing was we complained numerous times on our fridge and pipes that were knocking when toilets were flushed and that was never fixed. Our fridge also was out numerous times and did'nt keep anything cold. Last but no least!? My wife was recovering from breast cancer and surgery and there was mold in the house and we both started to feel sick and mentioned we wanted to move and they said we cant let you break your lease but can move you into another apartment?!? SERIOUSLY! Who wants to move out of an apartment into another? With the issues we had? NO THANK YOU! Long story short, we moved and they demanded 2 months rent since our lease was not up. $3000 a month?! And everyone in the office is so unprofessional. TRUST ME ON THIS. Find another apartment. These are dirty and outdated any ways.

I have lived in apartments in the past and have to say this is the worst by far. After we sold our house we moved in the meridian to build a custom home and while we were here we complained numerous times about the neighbors upstairs from running and stomping all throughout the day and night. The young boy having arguments with his mom and dad. Screaming horrible names at top of his lungs, throwing things out of anger. He would often play ball with the dog inside the apartment. They asked us to record the noise from inside our apartment and send them the videos to send to management. We sent over 15 videos of them stomping around throughout the night. The complexes response was they would transfer us to another unit. We declined due to my wife’s medical condition. We spoke with the neighbor and left notes. We called the office during a couple of the altercations and were advised they don’t involve themselves in domestic situations. At this point we decided to forego building and start looking for a house. During this time our refrigerator broke. It broke twice while we lived there with our items going bad. When we found our home we notified the complex. They responded asking us to sign a new lease and they would transfer us to a new unit at no charge. We declined stating we are 2 months from our lease ending and once again stated the ongoing issues. We also informed them we had mold in both bedrooms. (We notified the complex of moisture on the walls within 3 months of our lease. We were told it was from the master bathroom steam.) With all this they refused to release us from the remaining 2 months.
