I am trying to move to Rocklin from out of state. I set an appointment for 3pm so that I could take a tour. I traveled all the way here just to find a sign on the door saying that the office worker is out to lunch until 4. I called to see what was going on and the woman on the phone who answered was from a different location and was useless in assisting me. All she did was ask me to set another appointment for later. I cannot due to the fact that I had a small window because I live out of state. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I enjoy living here. Jessica and Tracey who work in the office are very nice and have helped us a lot. The process was smooth sailing to apply also. Maintenance always comes when we need it to fix things. Very nice and quiet complex. Would recommend!

A very upsetting place to live so not worth your money and time.This place has the worse maintnance I've ever came across,not only did I all ways have a hard time getting things fixed they took my whole deposit for no reason.My husband and I spent a whole day making sure the carpet ,walls and ECT were to there standard and still charged us for no reason.Luckily I have photos to prove how well we left it. This place doesn't even deserve a star. What a shame !

Actually I do love my apartment and living here. But the kitchen really does need an update. Cabinets in my apartment looked pretty well worn when I moved in. Appliances look old, but still work. For the money though, this is a nice to live, and I love the full size washer and dryer in my one bedroom. More importantly to me,whenever I have a maintenance issue, it is addressed very quickly. I had an upstairs neighbor's water heater break, and had a little shower in my bedroom ceiling, on a late Friday night no less. Maintenance came to check it out that evening, next day I had fans and dehumidifiers going, and by Wed the ceiling was already repaired. They even reimbursed me for the extra electricity it took to dry everything out. If you are going to have a problem, it is nice to know someone will respond and take care of it.
