Ive been here 8 years, Granite Oaks was great, but since the Everett took over things are NOT great. No one ever answers the phone. The door is locked during posted office hours. They've emailed me twice about needing my renewed insurance which I dropped thru the office box. No one had called or emailed me to renew my lease and now the hot water has been out 4 days with no info on when it will be fixed. They simply do not reply posted office hours..

I wouldn't recommend Everett Apartments. I rented from them for 7 years. They took so much of my deposit and when I asked for an itemized list as to what was cleaned and why I was being charged a cleaning fee, they didn't respond. Why was I charged for a window that was shot out after I left and reported to the police? Why was I charged for a key I turned in at the walk through, , which I still don't have a copy of? When I disputed the charges they didn't respond. They tell you only to dispute by email, then never answer your emails. No communication. Absolutely terrible.

Been having issues for months now, can not get in contact with the office no matter what we do. Call, email, call new number, email new email, show up to the office DURING OFFICE HOURS and no one is to be found. Its like picking and choosing what day they will be available whenever its convenient to them and its frustrating. We are in an unrenovated unit and have been looking to stay at these apartments because we like the area, but its hard when we can't get in contact with literally anybody. This is the only MAJOR issue I have with these apartments and I really hope it improves soon.

Unresponsive. I don’t like leaving negative reviews however.. it is impossible to get a response from office management, company management, and maintenance. Employees are nice, sometimes. Also water was randomly turned off without any sort of notice prior.
