every time the appointment is at 2 a.m., but they actually have it at 4 a.m., you leave them at 6-7 a.m. terrible company, there are very few places, everything is tight, the company is launched after 12 midnight

Arrived at 5:40 AM for 7:30 AM appointment. Got the dorr upon arrivel. Got unloaded at 7:50 AM. Bit tight but alright. Good facility.

Appt. At 6:30 arrived an hour early due to reading another review about needing to arrive 4 hrs early due to long lines. Only 1 truck ahead of me.....Checked in to find out the correct check in time was 30 minutes prior to appt. People were great, I was allowed to go ahead and check in. I was unloaded and headed out @ 7:58. Process was easy, all employees were great and the dock backing was a breeze. Casino parking is the way to go if you arrive several hours early.
