This place sucks -2022 not good would not recommend to a friend would recommend to an animal because there is bats swarming a cult outside the red building at night and apparently roaches. Trust the low reviews 🦇🏏

Trust the other low reviews. This place is absolutely infested with roaches. The maintenance is unresponsive and you will be stuck with the multitude of issues that your apartment WILL have. Save your time, money, regrets and get an apartment somewhere else.

This place is absolutely nasty. Roaches everywhere and no functional ac. The management is terrible and rude. They only care about your money and will try to extort it from you. I have no idea how there are any decent reviews on this platform. Don’t move here!

Are there any available 3 bedrooms at the Mebane Lofts Apartments and of not how long is the wait approximately? Also are there washer/dryer connections yet or just the laundry matt still?
