Mary and Will made this move from state to state so easy for myself and family. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. Both went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met even providing videos and photos because I was in another state. The townhome far exceeded my expectations. Being a Retired Army Veteran I have moved a lot and this team has been one of the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Stonebrook Apartments because Mary and Will take very good care of their residents.

Just moved in! Bath is a little small in 1 BR for 2 people but adjacent laundry is huge so we are putting shelves in there. Bedroom and closet space is very large. Staff is so helpful. Mary, the manager, is prompt with solutions. Matt, our maintenance tech came in before we even got moved and fixed the little things on our punch list in 1 morning. Quiet except for neighbor above walking across floor but we will get used to it. Happy we are here!

The leasing office manager (Mary-Terry) is GREAT! She always answers the phone. She made moving in seamless. Also the maintenance is very friendly and quick to solve issues. Would definitely recommend this community!
