Don't move in Oakwood apts if you want to keep your sanity.Whoever is in charge don't care about the residents or what the residents do.A complete disaster area and straight GHETTO.The residents run those apts.If you have maintenance issues;don't hold your breath. They do alot of patching up when it comes to maintenance issues.

Oakwood apts need a manager or management team thats not afraid to enforce the rules at the apt complex.There are a number of issues thats being ignored such as the parking.There is assigned parking in one section of the apts but people are not cooperating.There is a car thats been sitting in one of the visitor spaces for over two months that is disabled.:Who is actually in charge,the residents or management!!!.People are outside all times of the night,especially at building 707.This is something that they know about already!!!.There is no maintenance person there at the moment.After hours emergency maintenance is very rude and will hang up the phone on you if you call them more than once.The company basically don't want to pay for major maintenance issues.Those apts are old and need attention.

Apparently the complex needs update their pet policy.Noticed 3 different people letting their dogs use the bathroom in the grass in front of the buildings without cleaning it up.That explains the strong urine and poop smell.Surprised the residents that live there don't notice that.

If less than 1 star was permitted,that is what this complex would get.Management need to seriously do something about the activity that goes on there ,especially late night while people are trying to rest.There is loud music playing so loud the neighbors in the nearby houses can hear it as well as people out late at night talking and carrying on extremely loud.Noises can be heard 12 midnight and beyond.Those buildings behind the building on N.Carr street are the target buildings with the activity.I feel sorry for the people who are trying to live peaceful there.There are even times where management is in the office and people play loud music in the parking lot.Very disrespectful.
