Not a good company to work with. I can't believe any neighborhood should have to pay two separate water services-- one being Utilities Inc and the other Anne Arundel County. All water services should be through the county. That aside, this company is extremely difficult to work with. Their website is very outdated which makes it extremely difficult to pay your bill. I haven't been able to log into my account online for several months now, and every time I enter a complaint on the website, I never get a response. When we first moved to this neighborhood, someone from Utilities Inc came to shut the water off and since we had just moved here, I had never heard of this company before-- when I went out to talk to him, the man was extremely rude to me and was yelling at me unprovoked. Really wish AA Co would get rid of this company and take over the water services.

this company is terrible. Ive called 6 times and left voicemails due to me having a leak for a pipe I paid to get fix and need to have my bill adjusted . NO ONE IS ANSWERING ...or calling back ..

They have recently merged with another company and now want to raise 9ur prices by 255%. Sadly, that isn't an exaggeration, this is the price hike request they have filed with the state and is a matter of public record, and was also stated at a public hearing on it. It's outrageous - we should be incorporated into the county water.
