This is my local chik fil a and I come here often. For the past few months I’ve been experiencing what does not feel like a typical chik fil a. My last 4 orders have been wrong like paying for large fries and getting small or ordering a salad with fried chicken and then no chicken comes. Today’s episode is just ridiculous. I ordered through the mobile app like I normally do and sat in my curbside parking spot for a good while and no food. I called the restaurant and they said they didn’t have my order. So I had to pull my receipt and get the order number then they found it and then I got my order. I got home and the sauces were wrong. I love chik fil a and this one is sadly just not up to par.

This chickfila used to be great but within the past couple of months I've noticed this location has been declining. I went from having 0 issues every time I came to having problems almost every other trip. Order's not being fulfilled accurately, employees being confused, and a slow down with the drive-thru speeds. It's really disappointing to see as I've always loved coming to this chickfila and favored it over other locations. Not sure what's causing these issues but they can definitely do better.
