Looks like they're renovating. Chick-fil-A needs their own property, it's always busy & the locations to some of these do not do their justice.
Last week I was there everyone had a mask of course, the whole process was fast, contactless except when handing out the food. I'd say covid safety is properly practiced here.
Not really sure. Call the store would be best. I know eventhough they are "fastfood" they have real high standards. Not to say you don't but be ready . Good luck!
