Super efficient & straight forward. My appointment to measurements was made within days of contacting them online. Pricing was cut and dry and super fair for the service. They matched the exact same shades I had from the shade store. Once the product arrived, the installation was scheduled within days. Installation was on time and so quick- I was honestly shocked. They did a wonderful job and everyone was friendly, professional and personable. We will definitely use them again.

So I FINALLY got the shutters I ordered installed and let me tell you….it was soooo worth the wait. Beginning process: Tony came out, measured and gave us a quote. Simple. After looking at their quote among others, decided to go with them especially since there didn’t seem to be an issue when measuring one of our oddly shaped windows. Middle process: The wait was long. I was told about 12 weeks and it took a little more which is fine BUT I think they could have done a better job with reaching out and giving me an update. In fact, I reached out to Tony and didn’t hear anything. Then I reached out to the company and left a message. I did receive an email reassuring me that everything was good and that they were waiting to get word on my installation could take place. Essentially they are the middle man in this scenario. Kari did a great job reaching out to me though (that’s all I needed). Ending process: The install team consisted of two men at different times. They were polite, neat, and got the job done quickly (but I don’t have anything to compare it to lol…it wasn’t all day though). I am most impressed with how did our bathroom window. It is not only oddly shaped but we have marble on the wall and I was afraid that they were going to have to cut into it to install the shutters. They did an amazing job actually building around it. I LOVE MY NEW SHUTTERS and now I want more…..I’ll be reaching out again in the future Budget Blinds! *pictures are of the oddly shaped window*
