Even though the prices of the mobile homes and water steady goes up, I'm so far satisfied that we have a better community manager Larry Blank who has been awesome since coming to the property. For 3 years my repairs have either been half done or placed on hold. As soon as he came to the property he greeted himself and took no hesitation getting things done. Hopefully with him as our new property manager things will be more comfortable with living here. Thank you Larry for your spectacular hospitality.

The truth is, Gallant Estate is a very quiet area, but the management is horrible, I lived for 3 years and paid 50 dollars for the application and it was never submitted and 400 deposit and now they tell me that the money order does not appear. And that they are going to investigate where it is and they cannot give me my deposit back, I would like you to help me to fix this since the previous owner has not returned it either.

It's all included in your rent. I don't suggest them, my friends rent had not been what it supposed to be since they moved in. They've been paying up to $100 more than what they we're initially told.
