GREAT moving company for one big, heavy, breakable item. They showed up rather late, but I was happy to still get the piece the same day they said.

So disappointing that Dick’s Sporting Goods does work with this company. Customer service is 0. I had to reach out over 10 times to find out where my order was. My order was in stock at my local DSG and all I needed was delivery and assembly. Ordered September 15th. Threatened to cancel October 11th with the promise they would make it right by bringing it that day but I wasn’t able to because I work. They think they can drop in whenever suits them. I was told that I couldn’t schedule a delivery but that a worker would text me when in the area. In what world does that work? I don’t have the ability to sit home all day. Finally just returned today after 5 weeks. Even DSG themselves said this company is either great or absolutely terrible, no in-between. Looks like most the reviewers on here have experienced the terrible.
