Another trip to Little Caesars for hot and ready, left us cold and not so ready. So I jumped on the Domino's App on my phone and ordered just what I wanted and they had it ready as soon as got there. Thanks for saving the day.

Completely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I called ahead 3 days to be sure the King location could handle a large order of 7 cheese pizzas for an elementary school picnic. I was assured by Shannon that this would be no problem and to call 1 day in advance. I did so on 5/11, I ordered 7 cheese pizzas for pickup promptly at 11am, as I was told by Shannon that would be their opening time. The day of our event 5/12, I went to pickup our pizzas and was met with a completely empty, unopened store. I could see my order information on their computer screen but not a soul in sight and no phone call saying they would not be able to complete our order. I called the Dominos at North Point and was told both managers called in sick so the store would not be opening. Luckily we were able to be accommodated by another store otherwise 20 2nd graders would not have their lunch. I understand the staffing shortage but to be completely ignored by the so called manager was absurd. I do not recommend this location and will not be using them in the future.

Awesome pizza! Have traveled from Va to the Raleigh airport several times. This is our stop for food. We order ahead and it’s ready in a timely manner. They’re generous with their portions. Best gluten free pizza around! Staff is always friendly. Clean environment. Highly recommended!
