It’s so nice (as well as refreshing) to be greeted as soon as you walk in the door. It was also wonderfully convenient to receive a phone call to let me know that my car was done. Every single staff member is always so polite kind and helpful. All of these things are why I’ve been going here for over a decade. My family and close friends have taken my recommendation and also come here for any of their automotive needs.

I have been to Stokes tire and automotive a few years back and I remembered that they had very competitive prices and good customer service. So I had some car problems and was looking for a good mechanic that I could trust. I remembered Stokes and called got a reasonable estimate. I told them to go ahead with it and they finished it a day earlier than I had expected. I will definitely continue to go to them, especially now that I'm living in Tobaccoville.
