The older gentleman at the counter was friendly, however the free battery testing cannot happen due to "broken equipment," and in order to have them do the free battery installation we would have a 2 and a half hour wait. So we went outside to install it ourselves, and it took maybe a total of 15 minutes. As we were outside installing the battery we could hear all the garage men jabbering their jaws nonstop, didn't hear many tools though. So Free testing and free installation is free because it's do it yourself.

Went to Auto Care Center and they took care of my car and short time, very efficient and nice people work there.

So I had tried THREE times on a Friday to reach out to the auto center in Mt. Airy, with NO luck. Literally the phone rang until it gave up on the call. (I'm Italian and a Sagittarius so I REFUSED to hang up of my own accord) Not only did King get me an appointment for 2 tires to be put on my SUV within 2 hours of our convo, they were able to add an oil change AND checked all my tire pressure sensors on my vehicle! And I was still able to make it to work on time the same day! Will be going to them from now on!! I may live in Mt. Airy, but with the customer NO service they have, I'll GLADLY drive to King for any further needs

Brought my 2018 Ram 1500 in for a Tire Rotation and Oil Change. There were 3 cars ahead of me so by the time it was ready for me it ended up being like a 3 hour wait. But I did some shopping while I was waiting so it all worked out. They also changed the windshield wiper blades and put in a new air filter.
