Very poor customer service. I was placed on hold in the middle of placing my order and was left on hold for over 20 minutes, in the meantime my husband and I arrived at the restaurant. I ask for a manager and was told she was too busy to speak to me but if I left my name and number she would call me back when she found the time to do so. I explained the situation to the girl that told me that and her only reply was “ well that’s not us it’s the call center we can’t help you” and walked off. The entire staff was rude and unprofessional and one had a relative that jumped in on the conversation as well. Totally out of control.

Wrong order, drove all the way back with the wrong pizza after trying to call 3 times. Only received our correct pizza after we had to wait another 15 mins, then another 15 mins drive home, and my pizza was cold. No compensation for my time or gas and a cold dinner for me. Thanks Pizza Hut

Still no salads on salad bar! Two choices only of salad dressings!! Was very disappointed on our last visit. 😔 Understand COVID was alot of the problem but numbers are down and it's time to try to get back to normal.

Sunday lunch. We were told to seat ourselves and we did. Two other tables came in after us. Both were acknowledged before us.
