I wish I knew, before I moved in, that there was just gonna be landlords in and out this place. I moved here in 2017 and we are about 10 landlord in now (maybe more) I stop counting after 7 for real. I was over charged 90 sum dollars, nobody can tell me why. I stop asking after the 4th landlord shm. I could go on about more but I still live here, don't want my living arrangent be compromised for this.

This place is absolute trash. They take multiple momths to get anything fixed. Even then, they just barge into your apartment, only when its convenient for them, like for a state or investor inspection. And if you try to deny them, they will threaten eviction. There is little to no professionalism between the regional and district managers nor the landlords. They will raise their voices at people and threaten eviction. Or call the cops on you when you bring up complaints repeatedly.
