We've lived here for 5years. We are very pleased with the service we receive from Tiffany, manager, and from the maintenance staff as well. Tiffany bends backwards to assist us in any way she can. She is pateint and kind which is something that is a site manager should possess. The maintenance team works until the job is completed even if it takes a couple of visits to do so. We had all kinds of problems with our brand new air-conditioner unit that only tends to happen when we need it the most. They furnished us with a portable unit so my oxygen machine wouldn't break down and so we could try to stay a bit cool on the hottest of days. Crescent Oaks is a very quiet complex. The company makes sure that the grounds are well maintained and the pool is always clean and safe. There is a handful of school aged children that are very respectful (they dont run amuck in the summer or afterschool). There is also a good number of seniors that are friendly and they have been in the complex anywhere from 5yrs-20years. I highly recommend this complex to any one needing a great place to live!

We moved in a few months ago and we love it here. Tiffany was amazing helping us through the application process. The units are HUGE. So much space and rent is moderately priced! Neighborhood is quiet and we are close to everything 10/10
