I can’t thank Nina and North Shore Senior Care team enough for the wonderful care they gave my Mom. As a nurse myself, I wished I could provide all the care she needed myself. But since that wasn’t possible, we turned to North Shore Senior Care. They provided 12 hour per day care, and were amazing. Everyone involved was loving, kind, caring, and respectful. My Mom loved her caregivers, and they became like part of the family. Nina and team were always flexible with our needs, and helped us keep my Mom at home. The team was always prompt and available, and never any issues! I can’t thank them enough, and would recommend them to anyone!

I am so thankful for the professional, compassionate, and dedicated work these owners put in to take care of my mom, actually, my whole family! They truly get to know each client and work hard to find the right fit - so important when dealing with Dementia! Trying to manage mom's care from across the country has been a challenge, but Nina and Gordon have alleviated so many concerns! Since they started, I have had to increase services, and Nina responds immediately and gets the job done! She personally introduces and orients her staff to my mom, and her experience in health care is evident. Gordon has been great with working with my mom's long term care company to help us get reimbursed. I only wonder when these two sleep! It is obvious that they take pride in their work, and they have a lot to be proud of! Don't be fooled, as I was with a previous agency, that bigger is better....North Shore Senior Care has more figured out those "corporate owned" agencies by far!!

My father has been having North Shore Senior Care for his home care for the last 5 months. I could not be happier with their services. Yari and Sheniel have been so good to my father. He loves the care he has been receiving. These workers are so dependable, hard-working, and compassionate, and take great care of my father. Nina, one of the owners, has always been available to talk to me if any questions arise, and if any employee is unable to work, she has always found a replacement. It is very reassuring to know that my father's care and health are in good hands. I highly recommend North Shore Senior Care to anyone who needs home care for their loved ones. It is a great company that you can definitely trust and rely on.
