I had this company provide care for my mom for over two years. My experience with them was excellent. Their caregivers really cared about mom and always did extra things for her. The office staff was very responsive and easy to work with. I will use them again when dad needs help.

Right at Home took amazing care of my grandparents, always notified us of caregiver changes. The caregivers always were on time and had a smile on their face. The caregivers always were able to preform the personal care for my grandma, always helping her maintaining her daily needs. They encouraged her to do her exercises that therapy gave her, they were able to make her feel at home with them being there. I would highly recommend anyone to this company.

My review keeps getting erased. Doesn't live up to expectations. Paying caregivers what they are worth may attract better caregivers to the field. Also, there should probably be better supervision and accountability of care givers. The first caregiver was great and dedicated. After she was switched, there was a difference in care and changing of caregivers, which was upsetting for my father.

This company took care of my dad for 2 1/2 years and I would say the caretakers did a reasonable job with the care of my dad. The management of this company is just only concerned about the bottom line and that is making money. My dad was taken to the hospital a number of times and I was never contacted from the company. They even charged for the days my dad was in the hospital. I never heard from them when my dad was taken to the hospital or when he came home. They were always raising their rates. One occasion when I went to visit my dad the caretaker had their grandchild sleeping on our couch which I thought was against their rules and I called management on this. I would not recommend having this company look after their loved ones. When my dad died after 21/2 years of taking care of him, you would of thought I would of heard from the company with a phone call. I never heard a word from them. You would of thought I may have received a card of condolences for your loss, not a word from them. To me their management is not very customer friendly, or even very thoughtful.
