xfinity wont refund a payment they took from my credit card. They keep telling me 3-5 days everytime i call it been a month and still no refund..horrible service

The people are great the xfinity internet service is a big joke! I've had it for 10 years and they always will slow down your connection based on how much you use it. Example I pay for the 1200mb service and they will let it run at that speed until you run a speed test when you are normally not home and it runs at 89 mbps..they cheat you and don't ever give you what you pay for! Xfinity internet is a rip off!

That's really impossible to answer because xfinity offers such a wide range if packages and services. Are you looking for tv services. Internet.. cell phone...home phone? Your best bet is going to be to just go in and talk to someone. They are very helpful and can answer all of your questions.
