Just a awesome place to shop. Easy to find items and the only complaint I have is sometimes getting a associate to help you is difficult and frustrating experience. 9/5/22 Update - Lowering to 1 stars due to multiple issues with getting assistance at power tools section. Today I was in the market with a hedge trimmer and the Craftsmen was on sale. So I looked around for a associate. No one was around. I hit the button to call someone and waited....and waited.. 20 mins later I catch some associate walking around and ask for his help. Well he does what I did goes to section where the tool is supposed to be and there are none on the shelf despite it saying 8 in stock. He says he is going to get some help. Well I waited....and waited... 15ish minutes later I was pretty annoyed now. Another father and son were also waiting who left and came back hoping someone was there. Anyways I gave it another 5 minutes then told those father/son that I was just going to get the Ryobi Hedge Clipper since I had batteries for that and Lowes lost my business for the day. So I drive 6ish minutes up the road to HD. Walk in and immedately find the Ryobi hedge trimmer on the shelf. Bing. Bang. Boom I'm out in under 15 minutes after picking up some Fluid film. Lowes do better customers should not wait 30 minutes and become forgotten after the intercom was going off repeatedly. If you're curious about the other instance a few months ago I hit the button to call a associate in the paint section and gave up after half a hour of waiting there also. Customer service seems pretty useless and doesn't seem to care about helping locate items as well. The associates seem to adverse to interacting with customers like were just bothering them by shopping here. I will say not every experience has been bad here. I did get a ton of help once by a older gentlemen here who's name escapes me. I needed a clearance item and said they were in stock here. Well he finds them on another aisle up top and gets the forklift and lowers them for me. 5/5 for service that day... so bad that's a unicorn moment.

This store is okay…except for when it comes to the employees. My husband and I needed some wood cut, and they guy who helped us cut the wood was great, and gave us no problems and the wood was cut perfectly. Next, we needed dry wall putty, we asked an employee who told us it was on aisle 20, and they were WAY FAR OFF. Then we asked another employee who was SUPER rude. We asked her where dry wall putty was and she looked lost so we were trying to explain to her what it was and she was like:”Yeah.” Didn’t even make eye contact with us. She had to ask ANOTHER employee where it was and she didn’t know either even after asking yet ANOTHER employee. The rude employee then finally pulled out her little locator thing and told us we’d either find it on aisle 10 or 11 ‘where paint is’ and she was wrong. We went up and down the aisles and found it on 13, where sandpaper and patching material is. These employees don’t know where anything in their store is. It was a hassle just to find one thing. Look on your own versus trying to get help cause that’s what you’ll end up doing anyway.

So many people are staying home now instead of working. Everywhere is always hiring nowadays.
Concrete screws but you need a concrete drill bit to drill the hole first. Anchor bolts would be your best bet. Hope this helps.
I recently have purchased 220 Bags @ $2 per.
Bought a in store refrigerator and it took them four days.
Usually about an hour late.
Good luck. In an effort to increase sales, they have decided to get rid of knowledgeable staff, and hire cheaper uneducated people to fill their spots
What safety practices. Not saying it's a bullet proof plan but come on people . Practice normal life . Stay outta people's personal bubble wash your nasty hands after touching everything that everyone else has touched that has touched EVERYTHING else cover your mouth when you cough n sneeze n practice so other common courtesy n social behaviors that you should've learned by 6th grade n you'll be fine.
Call them
Yes you can still get a store credit
I have seen people with pets in the store that were not service animals
Good luck with that.
So you don't have to

This is a focus group for consumers to share their experience with the business among fellow consumers. Details regarding current inventory is better obtained by directly contacting the business.
A lowes associate could better help you with this question than a google guide. Call the store and ask for someone in lawn and garden.
You can get this information from the lowes web site.
You need to contact Lowes directly not a good question for this site.
