Good luck. In an effort to increase sales, they have decided to get rid of knowledgeable staff, and hire cheaper uneducated people to fill their spots
It never happens or it takes 10 times of calling!!
Sometimes it takes a least 8 tries or more to get someone
Unfortunately you have to keep calling
It's hard to get anyone and like others have said once you call 20 times and get someone. They have no clue how to help you.
