Incomplete and dangerous range installation. Had a gas range installed by Home Depot on Friday of last week. By Sunday the smell of gas was overwhelming. Called out Dominion energy and they immediately found a large enough leak to have to turn off the main gas. Called Home Depot to see what needed to be done. Spoke with manager of store as well as people at the 1-800 number. Best they could do was have the same installers come back out THURSDAY. When I requested something sooner and someone who was adequately prepared with a simple and inexpensive tool to check for any possible leaks I was told they would contact a plumber that was a service provider for HD. Apparently, the HD manager left a message with the service provider and that was “the best he could do”. That was Monday. It’s now Tuesday. No follow up other than them wanting to confirm the same installers to come back out. How unprofessional can HD be to send out installers without the proper equipment to do their job and guarantee the safely of their customers!? Follow that with the indifference of the store manager and those at the 1 800 and it’s enough for me to return said appliance and take my business elsewhere.

I've always had better experiences shopping here over Lowes. The garden section here is pretty small though so I just suggest going up the road to Coldcreek Nursery instead who specialize in plants. Everything else is perfect although I have met some pretty immature cashiers here who act like they're in the hood. It's a good thing ebonics and profanity do not bother me much but still c'mon people it's your place of work!

It's a bit self explanatory. It's basically a manager who keeps in check with all higher grade materials for online orders.
Yes but I'm almost sure only building material and appliances and such .
Just like most service animals only!
I'm sorry I haven't
Contact online customer service for online orders or show military ID for in store purchases
Looks like $7.97 shipping says low as $35....better to pick up in store
That question would get a more accurate response by asking The Home Depot instead of asking those of us in this Focus Group. I suspect it will be expensive as 1 x 48 ft long is a very unusual size. Transporting that item will probably require using a 53' trailer.
Mr Davis is correct that this is for the consumer side of interaction with a business. You apply online (or at stores local terminal) if they consider you then they will contact you for an interview.
This is a group comprised of people that offer their experiences at varied venues helping each other. I frequently visit Home Depot and Lowe's. Both stock torches primarily for soldering. They are available in tool department. Check their website or directly contact the store for best information on what they stock and/or sale. The specific torch you are seeking maybe available through their website.
When you ask questions to Google about a store such as this these questions do not go to the store they go to other local guides. If you want to know about the sales that a store is carrying your best bet is to call the store and directly speak to someone in a department you're looking for questions for.
Most of the cabinets you purchase are already assembled but I would go there in person and talk to somebody
