Wonderful experience with empire Chevrolet of Huntington! I was welcomed with compassion and understanding and left out with a 2022 Tahoe. The salesperson Andrew Leon was fantastic, the finance manager Frank Montrell was quick, precise, and overall great, and all the managers there were easy to deal with. I’d highly recommend them for your vehicle. Be patient and kind with them and you will receive the same. I got a good deal and wasn’t miserable in the process.

You had a ready, willing, and able buyer with excellent credit who called you and said "let's buy" and you dropped the ball. After initially saying cash-only deal... I decided to finance with you which helps the dealership, and still no call back. Zero follow-up from your sales team. Not a good look.

At Empire Chevrolet , everyone is required to wear a mask, seating is spaced 6ft apart, and the coffee and snacks amenities have been removed to help not spread the virus. There is a easy access sink in the waiting area for hand washing alongside the regular restrooms. Maintenance is frequently sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. You definitely feel safe when at this dealership.
