Service at this location was beyond terrible today. If you don’t want to help retail customers then you should post the location as trade only. As a retail business owner myself I cannot express how bad the service was today. Employee just kept saying I should go to website to see if they carry product like I wanted. I have purchased expensive shower systems from this location before. I can say I will never step foot into Ferguson again. As a real estate investor and needing to remodel on a regular basis Ferguson has lost a customer,

I don’t know like having to go to the dentist over and over. I bought a fisher dishwasher and it took 5 months to be delivered…which I get due to Covid but once I did receive it the dishwasher was malfunctioning. I called Ferguson and they informed me there were only 2 companies in my area that they contract out to do their warranty work. So I contacted the 2 companies and it was another 2 months before they could come fix it! So I just bought a brand new expensive dishwasher and it didn’t work which I waited 5 months to receive then I call the company from whom I made my purchase and they told me over and over sorry you will just have to wait. Well I had to do all my dishes over THANKSGIVING. I will never be returning to this over priced joke of a retailer. You can find all the appliances they sell at a better price point with actual customer service!
