Staff are kinda up your butt, asking what kinda scents you like and trying to sell you stuff you don't need or want. Aside from that the store was well organized.

I've never had such an unpleasant experience shopping in bath & body works as I did this past weekend. Greeted as usual when entered the store by one of their associates at the front who offered to help and asked I was looking for. I told her I was just browsing, she gave me her name, said let me know if I can help you.. great I moved on.. 10 steps away from her I was approached by another associate who also asked me if I could if she could help. I refused her help, said that I was just browsing. I made it to the back section of the store and was approached by yet another associate who seemed determined that she needed to help me. So I told her a scent that I was looking for that she assured me that they had and then brought me over to pumpkin scented items which is not what I asked for. I told her I'd already seen those and wasn't interested and I would just look around. She then proceeded to follow me as I wandered through the store to the point where it was unpleasant enough of an experience that my husband and I just decided to leave. I appreciate wanting to assist your customers but what felt like constant harassment on visiting a store in the mall was a completely different story. I don't know if they thought this 55-year-old lady was a shoplifter and they really needed to keep a close eye on me but overall I was very uncomfortable. I was certainly deterred from a return visit based on this experience. It wasn't like the store wasn't busy and there weren't any other people that they could have helped, so it was just a frustrating experience. I just wanted to come in and just look around and enjoy myself.

Wife placed an online order for pickup at this location which was cancelled in an hour or two. When she contacted corporate, they concurred that this was improper and agreed to ship direct with no charge. This store is not acting at corporate expectations.
