The way it works these days is that it will transfer everything from one phone to the other, this includes the apps. Now, you will have to go thru and enter your username and password to those apps that require it. hope this helps

I dont have any idea because the Apple Store is closed here at the Southpark Mall. You may have to call Apple customer service and send it off to be repaired

I was told that company wide their stores are not open to to walk in customers. Buy online and merchandise pick up in the parking deck at Southpark.

You should schedule one as its much better than waiting for an hour or two. However, transferring information is super easy on a mac. Just open the migration assistant in your utilities filder in the applocations. It walks you through it.
The cheapest iPhone Apple sell now is the iPhone 7. It's $440 for 32GB or $538 for 128GB. Unless you go through your carrier. If you really want a 6 or 6S, try eBay.
I believe the Apple store is closed it SouthPark they are remodeling it I don't think it's finished yet they're sending people out to Northlake Mall hope this helps.
Why can't I schedule an appointment? It says to check tomorrow, or check another location. I have been checking for a week and it always says "Unavailable at this time".

You have to call Apple Support and order a battery. After it arrives at the store they will send you an email, and you can walk in without an appointment to get it fixed.

Unless you can get to the apple store at the time it opens,then I would make appt. Otherwise it may take longer to see someone who can reset it to see you.
Having said that if your a little bit tech savvy .There is a way you can reset by the way..
