Purchased an Indian Chieftain Elite which took 2 months for delivery. This was obviously out of Mineolamoto’s control and they were helpful throughout the whole process. I placed an order for a 2022 Indian scout rogue over the phone. Luckily this dealership got an early shipment and I was able to get my bike at least two months early. I initially ordered on the phone through Anthony, a true gentleman and is very responsive. The day I picked up my scout I was helped by Kenny. He was quickly brought up to speed on my buy/trade-in process and immediately went to work. I was there at the desk and Kenny was just efficiently clicking and typing away all my info. He got me a lower than I expected quote on my trade-in, but he explained that it was a very niche bike and the resell is tough. He went through my financing and all that I needed to know in a very prompt and thorough manner. Overall these guys (gal) at the shop are true experts in their craft. They treat you like family and provide excellent customer service. I'm planning on scheduling my future services with them as well. They made a lifetime customer of me from my initial visit. my husband and I walked in to the shop and I was at aww when meeting Jim he made us feel comfortable and at ease so much so that I wanted more fun and needed more fun when I bought the slingshot its so invigorating and jim went out of his way for us and still does he's the best jimbo rocks.
