I was a baker for 38years at Waldbaums throughout New York. I loved the business, it was my life. I raised 3 great children, have a wonderful wife. The things I never thought of at 18 years old was, dental, health insurance, job security and retirement. Lucky for me we had Mr. John Durso taking care of all these very important issues for us. And he is still doing it today with the same passion as when he started. I felt I was involved with this great union , my biggest regret is not being more involved. I also wondered how Durso kept his passion when so many members don’t care. If you are a local 338member , consider yourself lucky and be proud, and get involved you are working for a union who really cares for you!!! Trust me l know. Go to a meeting bring a co worker , that would be the best way to show your appreciation. I will leave you with this. When the union talks political it is for your job, your taxes and your family’s future. Peace

Holly Jamison was by far the worst representation for there union I lost my job because of an emergency issue I had at work were I was hit first by a customer... and her response was " you didn't give leg to stand on for you " great work Holly. I know proudly work were make more money than my last going well above 15 dollar mark minimum wage that was give out.

i do medical billing and every time i get one of their claims want to just throw it away . as far as paying medical expenses or bills they are inadequate take long ask for a whole lot and dont do much
