I brought my road bike in on a Saturday due to a broken shifter cable. I was told my chain was stretched and should be replaced. I agreed to the work. When I went in to pick it up I road tested the bike and immediately the front sprocket shifter would pop out and become dysfunctional. They called over the manager and he tried to tell me my shifter assembly would have to be replaced due to wear. It was working when I brought it in so I wasn’t accepting that. I basically wouldn’t accept the answer and didn’t leave. Finally one of the mechanics said he would look at it. He spent a half hour redoing the shifter cable work and then the bike worked fine. The manager thought I should be happy now that the bike worked. They had my bike for a week and handed me a bike that didn’t work and tried to give me some story about what was wrong. They obviously didn’t test the bike after it was worked on. The “Manger”, couldn’t understand why I would be dissatisfied and couldn’t wait to get me out of his store. He even gave me a snide “have a nice weekend”. They probably due lots of good work but they apparently have a substandard mechanic working there and they are not road testing the work. The Manager has no idea how to deal with problems. I won’t be going back.

All customers are required to wear mouth and nose coverings (as are all of our employees). We enforce and maintain social distancing protocols within the store as best as possible at all times. Should the need arise to limit entry into the shop until occupancy subsides, we require patrons to wait outside. We clean, sanitize, disinfect and spray down the shop multiple times per day.
Depends on the tire and if it needs an inner tube also. The labor charge is $10 plus the price of the tire and tube.
We are open and we do repair the Mantis Tillers. Fee free to drop it off any time Monday thru Friday 9a-6p.
