I am starting my own business and ordered an industrial sewing machine, I paid the entire amount on the invoice that was billed to me. Then I have not received any information when I receive my order. I wrote a letter and was told that the order would be delivered early next week. On Tuesday, without waiting for it, I wrote again to find out when I should expect it. I was told that they were wrong and the delivery is more expensive, just as if I agree to pay extra, I need to wait another week to receive it, or I can cancel the order. I wrote that I would cancel and wait for them to return my money. There is no answer yet. I do not recommend this company to anyone. This is a terrible service.
