I'm so happy I chose this company for my window replacement. First, the consultation was amazing. Patti was so informative and thorough in explaining all of the options and making suggestions for my home. She didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need but she wanted to make sure that I knew all of my options so that I could make the choices I wanted. The office kept me updated on my order and my items arrived earlier than expected. My install date was set to my schedule and the crew was set to arrive between 8 and 10am. The crew arrived promptly at 7:55am. They laid out cover to protect my floors and got to work. Within the first 30 minutes they had already popped out and dry set two windows. The crew worked nonstop and by the early afternoon all of my windows and my new patio door had been fully installed. The crew leader took me around and showed me the functionality of my windows and door and vacuumed and cleaned up all of their workspaces. I love the look of my windows. My home looks much more modern. I highly recommend this company.

What a great experience! The ease of which each team member made this happen is a credit to the company. Patti our sales rep was the start coming to our home at our convenience offering her expert advice, measuring and making sure the opening direction we wanted and taking out all the guess work. The Professional Installation team Demetrie Helen and Brent arrived on time provided friendly, flawless, quick install even having to building out a frame. Not a piece of debris left behind but also they cleaned the door glass! We love the solid construction, the features and look of our beautiful doors. The follow up from the company ProVia team is beyond old fashioned caring, text, email and personal phone call from Ashley to make sure we were pleased with all the details! Most of the issues encountered by our customers are easily corrected and don't necessarily mean that there is a problem with your window. As a first step, we recommend you visit the Support page of our website for troubleshooting tips and advice on correcting common issues.
Generally, replacement windows can be installed within 4-8 weeks from the date that the final measurements are taken. The type of window being installed and type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.

The term "Any Size" refers to any size replacement Double-Hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15" X 26" and a maximum of 48" X 78". "Installed" refers to the removal of a basic Double-Hung wooden window and installing your new Window World replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
World of windows did our hine last year and they are awesome, they keep the heat and air in and no drafts and the also look nice from the outside and a very reasonable price. And an awesome warranty.
