Made an appointment 4 weeks ago for 1:00. As of 2:20 they haven’t even let us in the passport office or communicated anything at all about timing. Do not use this location if you can possibly avoid it.

I wanted to share my experience I've recently had with this office post COVID. I visited this office weeks ago just to obtain the general passport information due to applying for the first time. I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by the associate there, I didn't get her name but she was the blonde lady with a pixy cut-she's always there (forgive me), ok so once I obtained DETAIL instructions from her-I revisited the office to apply for my pprt. The same lady was there, she invited me in and immediately started to work on the patrons there. She was very friendly acknowledged everyone, she's also a great listener. Fast forward- Sherry called me up to give my items and we kept having minor issues which was all on me, but Sherry....let you tell you something aboout Sheery, she had the most patience with me. She allowed me to come back continuously after leaving the facility to make sure I had all documents needed to get this going for the day. This was a very trying day and Sherry remained professional and after I apologized to her a million times her only response was " well you have to get it done" She does not know what that meant to me. She made me feel so great when I left because as I stated, it was a very trying day. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ladies sooo much for your assistance, I have my pport a week prior to departure and I truly appreciate you all. Please visit this office, you will obtain the best service ever from government workers ever received. SHERRY, YOU ROCK!!

Beyond devastated is an understatement! My mother came to apply for a passport for an out of country trip I was planning and booked to take her on. Well long story short she was treated so unkind my mom only had a short form birth certificate and was told that would not suffice which is fine laws are laws but she felt defeated as this was the only form she’s ever had she hung head and shook it in a let down type of manner the lady yelled in front of everyone no no no don’t shake your head at me! Which the sheer embarrassment lead her to have to tell her information that was none her business my mother is basically an orphan both of her parents died when my mother was 13 years old! That birth certificate was issued by the ward of state! The only one she’s ever obtained or seen!!! Moral of the story not everyone is out to do something shady today was a reminder after 43 years she has no identity! The staff member I’m unsure of the name however I have personally had an experience with them as well and I just want to let others know to be careful how you treat others because everyone has a story!

Omg what a great experience I had, Debbie thank you from the bottom of my heart. I didn’t have an appointment but Debbie was so gracious and accommodating .She explained to me that they were booked for the day and couldn’t promise anything We chatted for a minute the she continued to help the people with appointments. About twenty minutes later when she came back out she told me to come in. She explained that it might be a minute , I totally understand since I didn’t have an appointment. Once she called me up the entire process was less than 1/2 hours. Thanks again Debbie you’re the greatest
